Additional Needs

HMRC make communication as easy as possible for those with disabilities.

There are provisions for people who are:

  • Deaf or hearing impaired or have a speech impairment
  • Blind or partially sighted
  • Not a native English speaker

You can find a list of phone numbers here for help. Local tax offices are no longer available although you can find information here about how to speak to a person face to face.
