Just got a new team of employees in our marketing department and I was wondering if you think it's a good idea to take on a company to do our payroll? We have been using our accounts department for a number of years but they already have a heavy workload dealing with purchases, suppliers and so on as we are a goods business.
I'm not sure if it would end up costing more to get it done by a company because your website only goes so far in saying what it would cost us compared to what we pay just now, but you do say a lot about having the right experience and you already handle a lot of payroll so I suppose the set up would be easy.
So what do you reckon - keep it in-house or outsource it?
